Cremation By Appointment: $195
This is a cremation done by appointment at a time you specify other than normally scheduled cremation days. If service is required on weekends, after-hours or holidays, the after-hours service fee will also apply.
Home Pick-up Fees: Up to 15 miles $60 15 – 25 miles $90
Out of Area Fee: $9.00 per mile over 25 mile trip standard (one way).
Over 75lbs 2 attendant Fee: $50 (owner may assist in lew of fee)
Weekend, After hours and Holiday Service Fee: $150 per 2 hours minimum $75 each additional hour – (This is not a Pick-up fee)
Cremation Witness/By appointment: $295
Mailing Service $35
• Pickups are between 9 AM to 4:00 PM M-F
• Cremains can be returned via mail
• Weekend and after hours service is an additional $150 in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Blackhawk, Danville, Alamo, Brentwood, Discovery Bay & Tracy
• MDF Cherry Urn with 2 line personalization included in all Private Cremations
• The turn-around for Private cremation is around two-weeks
• Grief counseling information offered for all Pet families

Definition of Key Terms
Private Cremation
We offer discerning families a cremation procedure during which only their Pet’s body is present in the cremation unit during the cremation process. Ashes will be returned to their Pet family in as soon as two-weeks.
Communal Cremation
This simple cremation procedure occurs with multiple Pets are cremated in the same chamber without any form of separation. These commingled cremated ashes are not returned to the families.
